cPanel on your account can be accessed by visiting http://yourdomain.com/cpanel (of course replacing yourdomain.com with the main hosting domain you have registered with NextGen). If you're having trouble accessing this address or are behind a corporate firewall, visit http://cpanel.yourcomain.com instead, again replacing yourdomain.com with the main domain you have registered with NextGen. NextGen Clients who have enabled CloudFlare on their account might need to access cPanel by visiting http://direct.yourdomain.com/cpanel.

Your cPanel username and password were sent to you in an email from FrontDesk when you first created your hosting account with us. If you wish to change it, log in to the NextGen FrontDesk Client Area at this link, click on the hosting account you wish to change the cPanel password for, and then scroll down to the Login Details section of the page. For reference, your current cPanel username and password are also listed under that heading.

If you're still having trouble, please contact NextGen Support and we'd be glad to help you reset your password.
