NextGen allows clients to upgrade or downgrade their hosting accounts at any time from the NextGen FrontDesk. To initiate a hosting account upgrade or downgrade, visit the My Products & Services page of the NextGen FrontDesk, click on the product you wish to change, and then select the option to Upgrade or Downgrade that plan. Billing information regarding how your account will be pro-rated will be presented before you finalize your plan change. There is no charge for upgrading or downgrading your hosting account.
